Nick Ayala . Operator, Capital Strategist & Author of Capital Is the Game

Nick Ayala is an American entrepreneur and operator based between Boca Raton, Florida and Dubai, UAE. He has built, scaled, and sold multiple eight-figure companies across finance, real estate, technology, and education. Today he works with founders and operators on the real reason businesses stall: not a lack of tactics, but the one constraint that keeps the whole company dependent on the person who started it. His capital and M&A work is one expression of a larger operating philosophy: find what's actually holding a business back, and remove it.

The operator behind the advice

Nick is an operator first. He has founded, scaled, and exited multiple companies, including eight-figure exits across several industries. His lessons come from scar tissue, not theory. Over his career he has raised, structured, or advised on over a billion dollars in deals across private equity, venture capital, and real estate, and watched up close what separates the companies that break through from the ones that run in place.

Founder growth and the bottleneck framework

Most founders are stuck not because they need more information, but because one dominant constraint is quietly capping the business, and it's rarely the one that hurts the loudest. Nick's work helps founders find that constraint and remove it, across the eight places a founder-led business gets stuck: content, customer acquisition, sales, closing, hiring, delegation, systems, and leadership.
